Our Story
Our journey started during a visit from Nana. Nana mentioned something about bagels, and we began discussing how Florida bagels are nothing like the ones you get back home from New York City. We decided to whip up a batch of homemade water bagels, and... they were terrible! The words we always tell our kids, "Never give up," circled right back to us. We have to practice what we preach, right? After numerous hours and recipe changes, we arrived at our first batch of delicious Vito Rose water bagels.
Vito Rose (Nana's late husband) was born in Italy and worked the majority of his life in and around New York City. Vito was an amazing husband, father, grandpa, and inspiration to many. We dedicate the name of this business and all we put into it to honor him for everything he means to our family. We are truly grateful for the memories. We always joked that he would outlive every one of us... his legacy surely will.

Our bagels are boiled in water & cooked at a high heat to create a brown shell with a chewy dough inside.
